Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day: 1 business day (orders placed before 12pm EST)
Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Orders over $50: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $50: $5.99 standard shipping
- Express shipping: $12.99
- Next day shipping: $24.99
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Return address shows only "SG Distribution" for your privacy.
Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your SirEEL products! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Glass items must be in pristine, unused condition (we cannot accept used glass for health and safety reasons)
- Batteries must not show signs of use or charging
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (you're responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Refund Amount: Full product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
- We may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened glass products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products without original packaging
Warranty
All SirEEL batteries include a 90-day manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage:
- Battery not charging properly
- Button or LED malfunctions
- Connection issues (not caused by user damage)
- Other manufacturing defects
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, drops, or liquid exposure
- Using non-recommended cartridges or accessories
- Batteries opened or tampered with
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours.
